Services may change or expand over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

  • Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Supply necessary content, branding, or access credentials for campaign setup.
  • Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays in service delivery.
  • Use the leads and services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Payments & Billing
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full, on time, as agreed in the service contract.
  • Billing: We may require upfront payments or recurring billing depending on the package selected.
  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Lead Quality Disclaimer
  • While Elite Business Leads works hard to generate quality leads, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue. Success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including your sales process, business model, and follow-up practice
  • All materials, designs, strategies, and content created by Elite Business Leads remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for their own business purposes.
  • Copying, distributing, or reusing our materials without consent is prohibited.
  • Confidentiality
  • We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not share sensitive data with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.
  • Limitation of Liability
  • Elite Business Leads shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
  • Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 30 days.
  • Third-Party Services
  • Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or web hosting providers). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or technical issues of those platforms.
  • Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate services if:
  • You violate these Terms.
  • Payments are not received on time.
  • We determine that continuation of services is not in our best interest.

Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment of outstanding balances.

  • Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
  • Updates to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
  • Google Calendar Permissions
  • In order to provide certain features, Elite Business Leads may request permission to access your Google Calendar.
  • This access is limited to the scopes necessary to schedule, view, and manage appointments or events related to the services we provide.
  • We will not edit, delete, or share calendar data outside of the intended service functionality.
  • Calendar access is granted through Google’s secure authentication process (OAuth 2.0), and you may revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.
  • By granting calendar access, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • We may read event details (such as time, date, and title) only as needed to fulfill the service.
  • We will not store or share your calendar data except as required for scheduling purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any events you allow us to access do not contain sensitive or confidential information you do not wish to share.
